2. Digital Products

 

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

 

Once a digital product (including eBooks, recordings, downloadable or streamed content) has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible.

 

 

 

3. Online Sessions, Readings & Services

 

 

All online sessions, readings, and services are provided live via Zoom and are scheduled individually after purchase.

 

Payments for online sessions are non-refundable once booked.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

 

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined.

 

Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

4. Liability Disclaimer

 

 

All services, readings, consultations, and digital content provided by SOUL.B.A.E are offered for entertainment, educational, and personal insight purposes only.

 

Astrology, tarot, and similar services are interpretative and subjective in nature.

No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, interpretations, outcomes, predictions, or future events.

 

SOUL.B.A.E does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

The Services do not replace professional consultation with licensed healthcare providers, therapists, legal professionals, or financial advisors.

 

All decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of the Services remain solely the responsibility of the user.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOUL.B.A.E shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising from the use of its Services, content, or information provided.

 

 

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

 

 

Refunds may be reviewed only in exceptional cases, such as:

 

  • Technical errors preventing access to a digital product

  • Duplicate payments

  • Errors caused directly by the payment provider

 

 

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

There is no automatic right to a refund.

 

 

 

6. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

 

 

Refunds are not granted due to:

 

  • dissatisfaction with interpretations or insights

  • unmet personal expectations

  • changes of mind

  • decisions or actions taken by the user

 

 

The subjective nature of astrology, tarot, and personal insight services is explicitly acknowledged by the customer at the time of purchase.

 

 

 

7. Chargebacks

 

 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting mail@soulbae.net may result in restricted access to current or future services.

 

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
